Whatever happened to &quot;going the extra mile?&quot; I pity the business owner who trains his/her employees to give shabby service. And if it&#039;s not the owner&#039;s intention to do so but a rotten employee, I would fire them in a heartbeat!

One thing we can all do to foster good customer service is to go up to management or the owner and announce that we were made happy and will therefore not return. If enough of us make our voices heard rather than walk out pouting, someone may learn a lesson and improve their customer service.</description>
